Search DeKalb County Court Dockets

Magistrate cases can include civil disputes, dispossessory actions, garnishments, county ordinance cases, criminal arrest warrants, preliminary criminal matters, and first appearances. E-file registration can take one to two business days, so urgent calendar checks may still require phone or in-person follow-up.
Magistrate Court is not just a small civil court in DeKalb. DeKalb County Dockets vs Case Files
